Analysis of the pilot sites of housing stock renovation in Moscow. Habidatum Chronotope filled with activity data supports functional profiling and local identity studies of the renovation areas.
The renovation area is analyzed not only inside its boundaries but also considering the surroundings. Through open data, we look at the distribution of functions and services and then propose the appropriate blend for the studied land plot based on our model. To supplement, we use cell phone data to understand the patterns of residents’ everyday mobility.
The Golovinsky district – consortium's analysis site – is considered as an airport suburb due to its closeness to Sheremetyevo, which will be its competitive advantage in the mobility of the future Moscow.
