Analysis of the pilot sites of housing stock renovation in Moscow. Habidatum Chronotope filled with activity data supports functional profiling and local identity studies of the renovation areas. We use cell phone data to define mobility patterns, social network data for neighborhood satisfaction analysis, open road-network data to calculate accessibility, and commercial diversity for overall area analysis. In Khoroshevo-Mnevniki, the proposed project aims to create a new sub-center in Moscow and to bind blocks of residential development split up by highways. It creates conditions for the formation of the new local communities and balances the distribution of private and public spaces. To ensure the positive economic effects of the new construction, we develop a special land-survey scheme and a unique land management model based on risk distribution for property owners.
